Scholarship Opportunity
For over 20 years, the Charles O’Meilia Scholarship, awarded by the Building Officials Association of Palm Beach County (BOAPBC), has helped local students continue their education and pursue careers that strengthen our communities.
The scholarship supports students interested in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or Public Service, providing $1,000 per year, with the possibility to renew for up to three additional years.
