New Development Concierge Program Pilot

Development Concierge Program (DCP) pilot program to improve customer experience and enhance coordination throughout the development review and permitting process.

The pilot provides applicants with a centralized point of contact (development concierge) to help navigate zoning and permitting processes.  Through the DCP, applicants receive tailored guidance, proactive communication, and coordinated support across multiple divisions involved in the review and permitting process.

It is designed to streamline project workflows, reduce delays, and ensure that customers have a clear understanding of requirements, timelines, and next steps from application through approval.
