PZB's Building Division recently hosted a training session for roofing stakeholders to introduce the new self-issued re-roof permit process for single-family dwellings.

The session provided contractors and homeowners with a detailed overview of the updated process, including eligibility requirements, application procedures, and key guidelines designed to improve efficiency and streamline the permitting experience.
