Effective March 2, 2026, the front entrance to Vista Center at 2300 N. Jog Road, West Palm Beach will close for the duration of the construction project (early 2027).  New entrances will be located on the east and west sides of the building near the parking areas.  Direction signage will be provided to assist the public.   We appreciate your patience while we build the PZB building.

The applicant for the Central Park of Commerce Center (“Project Tango"), ZV/DOA-2025-01602, has requested a postponement of the scheduled April 23, 2026, Board of County Commissioners (BCC) Zoning Hearing to July 15, 2026. The request was submitted by Carlton Fields, the authorized agent for the project. 

As this was administratively postponed, it will appear under the Postponements section of the April agenda, with no vote required by the BCC.
