Palm Beach County (County) and the Federal Home Loan Bank of Atlanta are pleased to announce the 2025-26 Heirs' Property Family Wealth Protection Fund (Heirs') project. Who is eligible?  Properties must be located within eligible census tracts as designated by the Federal Financial Institution Examination Council. To see if your property qualifies, visit the Palm Beach County Heirs' interactive online mapping tool, or call the Legal Aid Society of Palm Beach County, Inc. What will it Cost Me?  All services will be 100% free of cost to eligible property owners.

When can I apply?  Services will be available beginning June 1, 2025, through September of 2026, or until funds are expended, whichever occurs first.

How do I apply?  The County has partnered with the Legal Aid for implementation of the Heirs' project. Legal Aid will accept applications online. See Legal Aid 'Heirs' Property Project' webpage for application information and the link to the online application portal.
