Palm Beach County Poultry Judging TeamPoultry judging is an excellent opportunity for youth to learn about live birds and the basis of grade and quality of poultry products. This club will help prepare youth beginners as well as experienced 4-H members, to properly evaluate egg-producing hens, and to apply USDA standards in 
grading ready-to-cook poultry and eggs.

Barnyard ChallengeBarnyard Challenge Club for poultry showmanship is open to teens ages 13-18 who will learn showmanship and mentor younger youth, and youth ages 8-12 with a disability. The club aims to teach youth about general poultry knowledge and how to show their birds in competitions, like the South Florida Fair & and the Florida State Fair.
