Case Management
Case Management is an integral part of any service provided by Human Services. Short-term case management provides emergency services and intermediate problem-solving. Long-term case management aims to change lives.
Disaster Recovery Case Management
Disaster Recovery Case Management Services are provided in response to a federal disaster being declared in Palm Beach County. The Division of Human Services oversees and case manages those individuals/families who are seeking home repair assistance not covered by insurance, FEMA, or other sources. Currently, individuals may be self-referred or be referred by the Palm Beach County Disaster Recovery Coalition. No new cases are being accepted at this time. The Division will be in this role for any future federally declared disasters in Palm Beach County.

Self-Sufficiency Services
Self-Sufficiency Services are provided to individuals/families who live independently in the community, but have a need for assistance to enable them to maximize their ability to gain, regain and/or maintain self-sufficiency. Case Managers direct individuals or families to services and resources that remove and remediate barriers that prevent the achievement of economic self-sufficiency.
