The Palm Beach County Zoning Commission (ZC) serves at the advisory body that considers proposed applications and staff recommendations pursuant to the standards and requirements of the County's Unified Land Development Code and makes recommendations on all zoning public hearing applications subsequently presented to the BCC for adoption. The ZC also has the authority to approve by resolution, Class B Conditional Uses, Subdivision Variances and Type 2 Variances. 

​Meetings are held monthly at 9:00 a.m. at the Vista Center, Ken Rodgers Hearing Room, VC-1W-47, 2300 North Jog Road, West Palm Beach, 33411.
