December 7, 2016 - Status of the Use Regulations Project Public Forum Meeting on October 13, 2016 to the BCC

 

The Zoning Division staff will be presenting a general overview of the proposed Code amendments to: use definitions, supplementary standards and approval processes currently found in Article 4 of the ULDC as noted below under Use Classification.  The amendments may be subject to additional modifications as they are pending presentation to the Land Development Regulation Committee (LDRC) on November 30, 2016 and to the Board of County Commissioners (BCC) on January 1, 2017, January 25, 2017 and February 23, 2017.

Staff will only be providing copies of the Agenda at the Meeting. If you would like copies of the other documents, please print them out.
