​PBCWUD's e-Bill Account is a secure and convenient way for customers to view and pay their bill online, right from the comfort of their own home.

Log in to your online account here​ and click on Notification Alerts and select paperless billing, save your selection by clicking on Confirm Changes.

Registering for an online account is quick and easy. The online registration process takes less than 5 minutes and you can start using your account right away. Before you begin, you will need two important pieces of information:

  1. ​The PBCWUD 10-digit account number, located at the top of your bill. 
  2. Your 4-digit PBCWUD account ID#, located next to the account number at the top of your bill. ​

Yes. You can view multiple accounts as long as they share the same customer number.  Simply select the “Select Account” drop-down menu at the top of your online account. ​

To ensure that your account is secure, you are the only one who knows your password. If you have forgotten your password you will need to: Go online to pbcwater.com/paybill. Access the main log on screen and click "Forgot Password" to begin. Your password will be sent to the e-mail address you supplied during registration.

First, it is important to identify what browser you are using. This site has been developed and optimized for the following internet browsers: 

  • Internet Explorer 9.0 or higher, 
  •  Chrome 40.0 or higher, 
  •  Safari 7 or higher, 
  •  Firefox 31.3 or higher  ​

If you are using a supported browser and are unable to register, make sure your user name and password are​ correct.
