Priorities under County Resolution 2025-0225​


The Agricultural Enhancement Council shall have the authority to:

  • Hold public information meetings for the purpose of receiving Public input or matters relating to the agricultural industry.  All meetings shall be held in accordance with Section 286.011, Florida Statutes.

  • Review and make recommendations to the Board of County Commissioners on all matters relating to problems and programs affecting the agricultural industry in Palm Beach County.

  • Recommend priorities for maintaining and promulgating the existence of agricultural industries within the County.

  • Recommend methods to facilitate the continued operation of agricultural businesses within Palm Beach County.
