Purpose

The Development Concierge Program (DCP) Pilot is a customer-focused initiative that enhances coordination, consistency, and communication in the County’s development review and permitting processes. Eligible projects are assigned a single point of contact to streamline interagency communication.

The Pilot does not alter regulatory requirements, timelines, review standards, or agency authority. All projects remain subject to the same codes and procedures; the program simply improves the overall experience within the existing framework.

The DCP pilot is by invitation only, with a limited number of projects per month. For more information, contact Ramon Trias at rtrias@pbc.gov or 561-233-5562.
