Homebuyer Match Pilot Program

 The Homebuyer Match Pilot Program is designed to expand access to homeownership for eligible buyers ​in Palm Beach County by providing a dollar-for-dollar match of up to $50,000 toward the purchase of a eligible for-sale home.

Participant Eligibility

  • Workforce households at 80% to 140% of Area Median Income at time of initial assistance.
  • Homebuyers purchasing a residence for homestead occupancy.
  • Persons currently residing or employed within Palm Beach County.
  • Buyers cannot have owned a home in the past two (2) years.

Eligible Properties

  • For-sale housing, inclusive of single family detached/attached, townhomes, condominiums, or villas.
  • Properties located within Palm Beach County.
  • Sales price no greater than countywide median purchase price.

​Pre-Application portal will open March 30, 2026 @12:00pm and close April 20, 2026 @11:59pm

    • ​​30 applicants will be selected from the pre-applications​

There will be a Lenders, realtors, housing partners, and title companies Roundtable - Wednesday, February 25, 2026 @ 9:00am

Informational orientations for interested parties are tentatively scheduled for :
    • March 3rd @ 2:00pm
    • March 12th @ 7:30am
    • March 17th @ 4:00pm
    • March 24th @ 10:00am​
