October 5, 2026 – Joint Meeting with Broward County Water Advisory Board
On August 27, 2026 the Palm Beach County (PBC) Board of County Commissioners (BCC) unanimously approved a one-year moratorium on new hyperscale data centers. PBC’s Planning, Zoning, and Building (PZ&B) Department will be the leading the development of the zoning requirements for hyperscale AI data centers. The WRTF will provide a meeting on water resources issues associated with hyperscale AI data centers if requested by PZ&B. WRTF will receive updates from PZ&B progress as necessary.

- Unless noted all meetings are held at Palm Beach County’s Vista Center (Room VC-1W-47 / Hearing Room/Chambers) located at 2300 North Jog Road, West Palm Beach, Florida 33411 from 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM.
