FY 2026 Opioid Settlement Funds (OSF) Recovery Supports Notice of Funding Opportunities (NOFO)

 

Palm Beach County announces the release of a competitive funding opportunity under the 2026 Opioid Settlement Funds (OSF) Recovery Supports Category / Recovery Hub Subcategory. 

Funding Agency: Palm Beach County Board of County Commissioners (BCC)Community Services Department (CSD) 

Minimum Available Funding: $1,300,000 

Project Type: Recovery Supports / Recovery Hub 

Submittal Deadline: July 20, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. 

Program Purpose

Proposed substance use, and/or co-occurring disorder programs and services shall be provided within the Palm Beach County Resilience & Recovery Ecosystem of Behavioral Health and Substance Use Disorder Care (Ecosystem). Proposals should address development, implementation, management, and support of peer-led Recovery Community Organizations (RCOs) and Recovery Community Centers (RCCs), collectively referred to as Recovery Hubs, throughout Palm Beach County

Notice of Funding Opportunities:

Palm Beach County announces the release of a competitive funding opportunity under the 2026 Opioid Settlement Funds (OSF) to establish a Tiny Homes Community-Based/ Transitional Housing Pilot Program.

Program Purpose
The purpose of the Opioid Settlement Funded Tiny Home Community-Based/Transitional Housing Program (“Program") is to address housing instability as a critical social determinant of health for individuals impacted by substance use disorders by supporting the acquisition and operation of transitional tiny home community-based/transitional housing paired with treatment and recovery-oriented supportive services.

This Program is implemented as a pilot initiative and is designed to complement Countywide housing strategies for individuals experiencing behavioral health and substance use disorders in need of transitional housing.
