Right-Of-Way Acquisition

​Is responsible for acquisition of rights-of-way and easements for all road projects constructed by Palm Beach County. Maintains an inventory of County owned rights-of-ways, easeme​nts, County owned and "courtesy" maintained roads. Provides input into the abandonment of platted rights-of-way. Researches and provides information on plats, deeds, parcels, property ownership, and related information for County projects.
