ATHLETIC FACILITY TOURNAMENT RATES & FEES
Tournament rates are charged as a flat fee inclusive of field rental fees, tournament maintenance and services, for up to 4 hours, up to 8 hours, and/or up to 12 hours of permitted use per field, per day. Advanced payment is required a minimum of two (2) weeks prior to the first day of the tournament.

Understanding the fluid nature of sports tournaments, event organizers will be granted a grace period of up to one (1) hour in excess of their projected hours per day. If/when a tournament exceeds their projected hours per day by more than one (1) hour, event organizers will be billed post event for the additional hours of permitted usage and will be responsible for completing payment within thirty (30) days of the invoice date.
