- Interested in being a temporary (one time or month to month) food truck permit holder at Canyon District Park, Carlin Park (sunrise – sunset) or John Prince Memorial Park (sunrise to sunset)? A Florida business license, Certificate of Insurance and adherence to all Health Department and Fire Rescue best practices will be required.
