March is Florida Archeology Month! Florida Archaeology Month is a statewide celebration of programming and events to bring awareness to the history of Florida and the importance of preservation. Supporting local organizations and museums help educate the community to learn about archaeology and Florida’s historical resources.

Through engaging lectures led by local archaeologists, participants will discover new knowledge and perspectives about Florida’s history. These programs encourage lifelong learning and provide meaningful experiences that enrich overall quality of life.
