Programs are designed to promote independence, caregivers are asked to drop participant(s) off at program start time and return for pick up.

Minimal Eligibility Requirements:
Ability to follow basic instructions; Independent bathroom skills; Ability to function in a group structure; Ability to safely and actively participate in group activities within ratios. Reasonable accommodations are assessed and made on an individual and case by case basis.

Late Pick-Up Policy:
Participants are expected to be picked up immediately at the end of a program. Participants picked up late will be given a verbal warning for the first offense. For additional offenses, starting at the pick-up time participants picked up after that time will be charged $5.00 for every 15 minutes, according to staff watch. The fine must be paid prior to attending the next activity/class.

Cancellation/Refund Policy:
For a class refund, please provide cancellation requests 3 business days prior to first day of class. Refunds will not be issued after a class has begun. Program refund will automatically be issued if a class or activity is cancelled.
