Does your child(ren) qualify for the Coalition's free/reduced cost swim program? Please read the information below carefully for eligibility requirements:

Your child(ren) must be:

  1. A Palm Beach County Resident
  2. Age 2-17
  3. A Non-Swimmer
  4. Your children must Receive EITHER Medicaid, Fl Kid Care, Healthy Kids OR
    1. Caregiver receives SNAP benefits/section 8 housing OR the child is currently in foster care OR
    2. Child has been diagnosed with Autism OR meets the disability criteria from PBC School District Exceptional Student Education website (go to bottom of page for eligibility).

Has your child used the program before? If they have already redeemed two vouchers in the past they are no longer eligible (3 if special needs).  If you do not qualify, visit https://discover.pbcgov.org/drowningprevention/Pages/Aquatics.aspx - County & City facilities will be your least expensive options for lessons.

Please allow 7-10 business days for your child(ren)’s application to be processed. You will receive an email from our office on how to proceed if approved (check your SPAM folder). Caregivers must attend one of our water safety educational programs in person in order to utilize the voucher.
