Palm Beach County adopted the
Southeast Florida Regional Climate Action Plan (RCAP) on April 15, 2014. The RCAP provides 110 adaptation and mitigation strategies for local governments to consider to build community resilience. Smart local governments show both a “vision” and “specific action items”.
Guidance documents are being developed by the Compact to aid local government in critical area such as water resources, drainage and transportation.
