Administrative Services


The Administrative Services office provides several essential functions that support the Department of Engineering and Public Works (EPW):

 

  • The Public Information Services Section is responsible for managing communication with the public, media, and stakeholders by handling press releases, media inquiries, and crisis communication. Additionally, the section facilitates community engagement through public forums and outreach programs. This section also handles all internal safety-related communications through a designated Safety Coordinator, ensuring timely and accurate dissemination of critical safety information.​


  • The Fiscal Section is responsible for the EPW's fiscal activities including revenue, operating and capital budgets, grant management, accident billing, daily cashiering functions, establishing fiscal controls, developing and maintaining accounting systems.  This section is also the subject matter experts for all payroll and purchasing activities of EPW..


  • The Administrative Services division oversees all personnel and human resources-related activities as well as acts as the coordinator for information technology and facility needs.​.
