A mobile food truck shall mean an enclosed vehicle that is self-propelled or otherwise moveable from place-to-place and used to vendor food where the preparation or heating of food results in grease-laden vapors produced regardless of the heating source ( LPG, solid wood, charcoal, electricity or a combination of thereof).

Who needs one? Any cooking that produces grease laden vapors also Truck/trailers utilizing propane, & hood suppression system.
How much does the inspection cost? $110.00
How often does an inspection need to be renewed? Annually
How long does an inspection take? Up to 30 minutes
