Beach and park cleanups are a fun and meaningful way for individuals and groups to contribute to the beauty and health of our local environment. Whether you're flying solo, organizing a large team of students for community service hours or team building within your corporation, there's a way for everyone to get involved!

Palm Beach County partners with several eco-conscious organizations that host monthly cleanups from Boca Raton to Tequesta. (See profiles below)

Want to join an existing cleanup?

Organizing a group cleanup?
Groups of 5 to 100 (or more!) participants can obtain a free permit through the Palm Beach County Parks and Recreation Department. (Note: Fees apply only if you're reserving a pavilion)

Please be sure to:

Cleanup supplies are available for pickup and include:
• Buckets
• Grabbers
• Scale
• Gloves
• Garbage bags

Beach Bucket Foundation collaborates with local businesses and non-profits to coordinate large group cleanups. They’ve also installed cleanup stations at many of our parks, allowing beach lovers to grab a bucket and help keep their favorite beach clean—every day of the week!

Friends of Jupiter Beach is a passionate, grass-roots organization that hosts monthly cleanups at Ocean Cay in Jupiter. Each month, hundreds of volunteers come together to protect this beautiful stretch of coastline. (Sign up directly on their website!)

F.O.R.C.E. – Florida Off-Road Cycling Enthusiasts is dedicated to maintaining the 21 miles of trails at Dyer Park, offering support through regular cleanups and stewardship of this beloved biking destination.​

Loggerhead Marinelife Center is a renowned non-profit and scientific center focused on sea turtle conservation. They offer self-guided public tours every Saturday and frequently host eco-friendly initiatives to support marine life.
