Palm Beach County Division of Consumer Affairs now provides Florida Driving Transcripts in our office at a cost of $16.25 per printout.

8:00AM - 4:00PM Monday through Friday. Payment is accepted in the form of money order, check or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover). Cash is
NOT accepted.
You will receive one copy of your lifetime driving history.
Note: for purposes of the DCA issued Vehicle for Hire identification badge, your driving history is only good for 30 calendar days from the date of the request of your driving history.
Every person who drives a taxi cab, limousine, shuttle, jitney or para-transit vehicle for hire in Palm Beach County is required to conspicuously display a badge that looks like this while working. This badge shows passengers who the driver is and means the driver has passed both a criminal and driving background check. Passengers have a right to examine the I.D. Badge.
