The Palm Beach County Board of County Commissioners review proposed zoning applications and land development regulations at monthly meetings. These zoning hearings are quasi-judicial in nature and are conducted to afford all parties due process. 

Meetings are held at 9:30 a.m. at the Government Center, 6th floor Commission Chambers, 301 N. Olive Avenue, West Palm Beach, 33401.
